News & Shows
Last year was one of change for Katie Adams Ceramics. With her move to this wonderful area of historic London the structure of Katie's ceramic business began to shift: The London Skyline tableware continues but is now stocked to select outlets, made to commission or purchased on request from her Glasshill Street Studio.
With time freed up from tableware, the River Runs through work is developing and was previewed and greatly received at Ceramics in the City last September.
Private teaching at Glasshill Street has accelerated with some of Katie's international students developing to degree level and setting up studios of their own.
Finally and excitingly the new space at Glasshill Street has given birth to an art project celebrating the architecture of New York. This vision is emerging from the foundation of Katie's other work and we look forward to see how it manifests.
Interview on the Robert Elms Show, BBC Radio London
On 14 May '08, Katie enjoyed being interviewed by Robert Elms about her work and the then ensuing Open Studios. Listen again.
